<p class="font_9">Melanie Jahn is head of the Cleanroom Academy. In addition to the presence training courses, she is responsible for the new online training formats and developing these further. She has been intensively involved in the areas of hygiene, microbiology and training since completing her degree in natural sciences. She is a certified HACCP manager in the food sector and has utilised her extensive experience in quality management in the food sector to qualify and train hygiene and key personnel.</p>
