What teaching methods form the basis of the e-learning courses?
The content is structured in such a way that it leads step by step from the simple to the complex. Key terms and processes are explained in an understandable way and illustrated with practical examples.
Interim questions and short repetitions help to consolidate what has been learned and to check your own learning progress.

The courses are aimed at anyone who works in or around cleanrooms or is responsible for them.

The content is designed to be understandable for beginners and at the same time relevant to experienced professionals.
Are the e-learnings suitable for career changers?
Yes. Both the GMP basic course and the course on ‘Behaviour in the Cleanroom’ teach the fundamental requirements and procedures in a clear and practical manner.
They are ideal as an introduction to the cleanroom industry and provide a solid foundation for everyday work in a cleanroom environment.
What prior knowledge do I need?
No prior knowledge is required. All content is explained clearly and step by step – you don't need to be an expert on the subject.
If it is an advanced course, this will be explicitly stated in the course description. In this case, we recommend that you first complete the corresponding basic course.
Technical requirements
What device do I need to participate in e-learning?
You will need an internet-enabled device: a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone are all suitable.

Is it possible to join on a mobile phone?
Yes, participation via smartphone is possible.
Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
Do I need special software?
No. The course plays directly in your browser. All you need is an up-to-date, functional browser such as Safari, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
What hardware is recommended?
As the course contains interactive videos, you will need speakers or headphones. Depending on your device, you should also be able to enter information using a keyboard, mouse or touchscreen.
Registration
Do I have to register to take an e-learning course?
Yes. You must register on our learning platform for the course in order to receive an individual user account. Simply fill out our registration form or contact us at reinraum-akademie@cws.com and we will create your account for you.
What information do I need to provide when registering?
To register, we require some basic information so that we can assign you access to the e-learning course and your certificate of participation:

Company (optional): if you are taking the course as part of your professional activities

Password of your choice for your personal account
Does each participant need to register separately?
Yes. All persons participating in the course need their own user account. This is the only way to correctly assign learning progress, course completion and certificates. We are happy to create user accounts for you, so that participants only need to assign a password for their account.
What should I do if participants do not have their own email address?
If not all participants have their own email address, the e-learning course can be completed one after the other using the same user account.

Please send us the names of the other participants in advance so that we can add them to the course one after the other and issue the certificates correctly.

Important: This procedure does not allow multiple people to work on the e-learning course at the same time.

How can I book or purchase an e-learning course?
You have several options:

For an individual licence, you can also send a payment request directly in the respective e-learning course.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you by email to discuss the next steps.
What payment options are available?
Currently, payment is only possible by invoice.
After booking, you will receive the invoice by email with a request to pay the amount within 14 days.
How can I purchase multiple licences?
