Melanie Jahn is trainer in the native German speaking area. In addition to the presence training courses, she is responsible for the new online training formats and developing these further. She has been intensively involved in the areas of hygiene, microbiology and training since completing her degree in natural sciences. She is a certified HACCP manager in the food sector and has utilised her extensive experience in quality management in the food sector to qualify and train hygiene and key personnel.

Karin Hanraets is our trainer for Benelux. Since 2011, she has been working in the cleanroom industry with clients primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and semiconductor sectors. In addition to providing training, she often offers support in translating processes to the shop floor.

Her expertise lies in cleaning and disinfection, with a focus on ergonomics. Her extensive experience and knowledge are utilized in training courses.

Our Team

Jacqueline Wolf is responsible for the Business Unit Education & Training of CWS Cleanrooms across Europe, including the Cleanroom Academy and the Cleanroom Academy online. She has been with the company since 2020 and brings extensive experience in strategy, marketing and sales. With her Master's degree in Digital Sales & Marketing, she is expanding the Cleanroom Academy online and driving the strategic business development for cleanroom training. Jacqueline Wolf focuses on topics such as behavior in cleanrooms and cleanroom cleaning during day trainings and coaching sessions. She represents CWS Cleanrooms as a lecturer within the IHK network and Universities for professional development in the cleanroom industry.

Melanie Mahler studied adult education and further education. We apply this knowledge to the methodological structure of our online courses, implementing an outstanding approach in both blended learning and online learning paths to effectively engage all user groups.
