Cleaning the black area

In this course, you will learn everything you need to know for your work in the black sector. You will learn how to implement hygiene and safety rules correctly and which standards apply for professional work. You will practise the safe use of cleaning equipment and agents, learn about dosing and the four-colour system and find out how to clean rooms thoroughly and efficiently. At the end of the course, you will also know how to behave correctly in the customer area and what measures are important in an emergency.
